MANAGE VIDEOS
is the page to link a video to a particular horse. The video can be stored anywhere on the internet (YouTube, your
own web site, etc.) and then linked to the particular horse. Be sure to TEST the link before adding it.
| Horse Name |
Enter the first few letters of the horse name. A box will appear from which you can select the particular horse. As you
type more letters, entries in the box will disappear. When you find the particular horse for which you are searching,
click on that entry. Refer to the button section of this HELP, to determine what to do next.

| Horse Id |
Enter the horse number (from the HORSE ENTRY page) and proceed as above. Enter EITHER the Horse Name or the Horse Id to
continue; BOTH are NOT necessary.

| Video Name |
Enter the name of the video. This will appear on the button on the HORSE VIDEO page to identify the particular video for
this horse. The name is limited to 8 characters and must be unique.

| Video Link |
Enter the link to the video. This must contain enough of the URL (address) to actually find the video. Be sure to
TEST the link before adding it.

| YouTube Video |
If the video is located on YouTube, just enter the YouTube Video Number and do not enter the Video Link above. The system
will reset the link above to the correct address and then delete the data in this field. When copying the YouTube Video
Number, be sure to copy it EXACTLY as it shows on YouTube taking into account upper and lower case letters, numbers, and
special characters. This number is usually 11 characters long and can be found after "v=" and before the "&" (or the end
if there is no "&") when you look at the YouTube address. If you wish to copy the entire YouTube link, find the video,
right click on the video itself, left click on "Copy video URL" and paste the link in the field Video Link. Be sure to TEST
the link before adding it.

| PREVIOUS |
Find the previous video.
|
| ADD |
Link the video to the particular horse. A video can be linked to more than one horse.

| MODIFY |
Modify the name of the video or the link to the video.

| CLEAR |
Clear all input on the page.
|
| DELETE |
Delete the link of the video to the horse.
|
| TEST |
Test that the link actually finds the video. This is CRITICAL!
