MANAGE REGISTRIES
is the page to link registries to a particular horse or person. There are two types of registries. Type I registries
have an actual web site and information (e.g., show results) about the particular horse or person is available
interactively. Type II registries do not have a web site and simply are available for information purposes.
| Name |
Enter the first few letters of the name of the horse or person. A box will appear from which you can select the
particular horse or person. As you type more letters, entries in the box will disappear. When you find the particular
horse or person for which you are searching, click on that entry. Current registries for that horse or person will be
displayed.

| Horse or Person |
To manage the registries for a horse, click on Horse. To manage the registries for a person, click on Person. Then enter the
first few letters of the name in the Name box. The default is Horse.

| User Name |
If a user name is required to gain access to this particular registry (web site), enter the user name. Only the person who
enters the data for this horse or person will have access to this screen and so the user name will remain confidential.

| Password |
If a password is required to gain access to this particular registry (web site), enter the password. Only the person who
enters the data for this horse or person will have access to this screen and so the password will remain confidential.

| Number |
The identifying number of this horse or person at the particular registry. Be sure this is the correct number or else the
horse or person will NOT be found and the information can not be displayed. NOTE:
For Dressage results, use the Centerline (www.centerline.com) number not the USDF number.

| Pedigree |
The website www.AllBreedPedigree.com maintains five generation lineages for many horses. To determine if your horse is in
their database, simply go to their web site, enter the name of the horse, and press Enter. If there is more than one horse
with the same name, a list will be produced with all the horses. Enter the identication name in the number field on the
Pedigree line on this page and the lineage will be linked to the horse.

| Other Registries |
Five blank lines are provided for a free form entry of any other registry that does not have direct interactive internet
access. This information will appear on the report but can not be accessed directly. If the registry does have
interactive internet access, please send an email (CONTACT US) noting that and any additional information about the
registry and it will be added above.

| Number |
The identifying number of this horse or person at the particular registry.

| PAPERS |
Allows access to upload a copy of the registration papers for this horse. Access to the copy will be available through the
report produced on the Find A Horse page.

| UPDATE |
Add or delete registries for this particular horse or person.
|
| CLEAR |
Clear all input on the page.
|
| DELETE |
Delete all registries for this particular horse or person. Be CAREFUL!
